Jaimeson Porter
Jaimeson Porter joins the firm as a paralegal, with responsibilities ranging from administrative assistance to litigation support.
Prior to entering the field of law, Jaimeson worked in business management, public relations and advertising. She served as Vice President of Finance for UMASS’s colony of the professional business fraternity Delta Sigma Pi. Prior to that, she worked in the advertising department of the UMASS Daily Collegian, first as an advertising account executive and thereafter as an advertising manager for the Business and Executive Boards. Jaimeson brings a broad diversity of experience and background, which has proven to be an invaluable asset both to the firm and to its clients.
Jaimeson grew up in Wrentham. She graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, with a B.A. in Management Law. She hopes to attend law school in the near future.
Sarah B. Kelley
Sarah B. Kelley joins the firm as a law clerk, focusing primarily on research and writing in the areas of employment, corporate and personal injury litigation. Sarah is presently a third year student at Suffolk University School of Law. She is expected to graduate this year and will join the firm as an associate following completion of the bar exam.
While attending Suffolk, Sarah has received a number of honors. She was awarded "Best Brief" in her first year Legal Practice Skills class. Thereafter, she earned a position on the Transnational Law Review, where she has served as a staff member with distinction. Sarah has been selected to participate in the Family Advocacy Clinic, where she represents indigent clients in courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She was also appointed as Honor Board Liaison to the Student Bar Association at Suffolk.
Before joining the firm, Sarah clerked at the legal department of the Massachusetts Teachers Association. Sarah is a graduate of Boston University' Collaborative Degree Program with a B.A. in International Relations, cum laude, a B.S. in Communication Studies, and a Spanish concentration. She enjoys traveling.
Scott M. Griffiths
Scott M. Griffiths brings a wealth of experience in the management of small businesses, law firms and accounting firms to Wagner Cook Freiberger & Washienko, LLC, where he serves as its Firm Administrator. His financial, operational and investment skills have made and continue to make a direct impact on the overall success of the firm.
Prior to joining the firm, Scott served as the Firm Administrator for two boutique employment litigation firms in Boston. Before entering the legal profession, he worked in various management positions in the finance and banking industry for more than a decade.
Scott grew up on the South Shore of Massachusetts and graduated from Westfield State College with a B.S. in Marketing. He spends his leisure time playing golf, traveling and spending time with his family.
